Our residential house building projects can be undertaken from recommendations from our architects, they are then passed onto building control and then to the relevant planning departments also answering any queries from the local planning offices.
The timescales of the new build homes differ depending on the complexity of the building. For example, a simple two storey building will be built quicker than a complicated 3 storey building or an apartment.
All our building services are bespoke, designed with architects recommendations or the specifications supplied by your architect.
